What is Counselling?

When we encounter difficult times in our day to day lives it is helpful to be able to talk these through with someone who is trained and objective.

Your counsellor will carefully listen without judgement, aiming to help you explore the issues which matter to you, bringing insight and understanding to enable you to find your way through problems and dilemmas.

The Counsellor does not provide advice or solutions to these difficulties but will help you find your own way of resolving them. Your commitment to this process is key in moving forward.

What does Counselling Cost? Providing you with this professional service does incur a financial cost. As a private company we continually improve and develop our service to meet the increasing issues faced by our clients. There is a 48 hour cancellation policy. Also, payment is made in advance of each appointment. Individual – £60 Couple – £100 Corporate – By negotiation Korean – £60
